Bare international mega shop review

$140 shop to review a major client during a monthly sign up and personal training program. The shop went smoothly and was a LOT of fun. I derived a lot of value from it. Now I'm wondering if they'll manage to refund the charges to my credit card in a timely manner, and how to cancel on the personal trainer without giving away that I'm a MS. I did have to schedule 4 sessions in.

Will follow up if I get paid!

Re: the trainer, an easy thing to say is that you have a work project that will take you out of town for the next few months, possibly even longer.

I have done that shop three times - I agree, a lot of value in it - I got some kick a** workouts from it, and there was inherent motivation to show up because if I didn't, I wouldn't get paid. I never had a problem with credit card reversal or getting paid.

Cool! I agree, awesome workouts and at a going rate of nearly $60/hr, not something I would pay unless I was rich, because you need it continuously, but definite value in there. That and the gym - I went a few times beyond the shop requirements (don't know if this is allowed, seemed like the most "normal" customer behavior I could do... :-P)

How long did it take to reverse payments, and do they send you a form? They aren't the most responsive at times...

I got the forms for the charge reversals about 10 days after completing the shop. The shop charges were reversed 9 days later. (The form states 7-10 business days I believe.) I used the gym until the day I sent in the reversal forms.

Awesome.

For some odd reason, they paid me $180 total. I think they added $40 to my first shop because the client moved locations...but all I did was call them for 5 minutes. Not complaining!
