trendsource rejection

How do you know if shop was rejected by this company? Do they send you an e-mail?

I'm not sure, but I believe they send you an email and you will see the notice at the top of your page when you login.

look at your shop history and you will see that its not verified, and under issue column it will say yes, hover over it, and will give a reason

I had one rejected for an error (my fault). They did NOT send and e-mail, they advise you to check their site within 12 hours of completing your report. You can check your job history to see the status, but like lisams901 said, there should be a message when you sign in (if there is a problem).

They "rejected" my very first pizza shop, but then paid me a month later. It was strange.

sometimes its rejected, but they wait to see if the client accepts, and if they do they pay it. Happened to me in the past.

I did a prominant pizza shop for them. They did not like one of my pictures. A small portion was cut off. I received another email to upload another TV1 picture. The alterate was fine. I wonder why they wanted another upload if my back up was sufficient.

I have just been told that my TV picture was not 90 degrees. I have looked at it and looked at it and it is perfect. I have done many shops for them and I have done even more pizza shops for another company. I have never had one rejected. I just uploaded the same TV pictures. I have a shop today for another pizza. I sent them a message that I needed to know today if I was oging to get paid for the shop they say the TV pictures were not good because I'm not doing the other one if I'm not getting paid for the one that I did.

It sounds like they have already rejected your "TV Shop". You may have to cancel or reschedule the current shop.

I would reschedule the shop. Try to negiogate what was wrong with the TV shop to conclude why it was rejected.

To send a messaage saying --->"I'm not going to to do shop if I'm not getting paid for the last shop " <<<<< is sort of confrontational, which will lead to silent deactivation. (Unless that is what you want.)

This doesn't seem like the first time TS has "upset" you. Some MSCs are harder to please then others.

TV = Top View - they are talking about thier top view photos of the pizza.

I understand that, but it still was rejected. Perhaps GASHopper needs a different way of measuring his views. Apparently his 90 degrees was not TS 90 degrees.

If the edges of the picture are too close to the edges of the box, then any slight mis-alignment will be immediately visible. I generally back up so I can get a 1-1.5 inch margin around the box. That makes it much harder to see if anything is out of square.

Of course you want paid. But, more importantly, you need to know why your top view was unacceptable. I've done TS pizza shops and mine have been accepted. So, I don't know if they provide constructive feedback. Without knowing what was wrong, I would not be inclined to accept another.
