I have seen haircuts at Service Intelligence though there are a lot of others I am sure. There was a new company doing nothing but a string of stylist salons around the country.
Car washes I also see from time to time with Secret Shopper, though I feel sure that other places do them as well. I believe that some of the gas station shops under some circumstances will reimburse you for a car wash.

Do go to the "New Mystery Shopper" area and at least read the posts that are "Stickey" at the top of that section. It will give you an idea of how to get started as a shopper. Simply posting your information on here will not have schedulers contacting you. You need to register with the mystery shopping companies and request or self assign jobs.

I'm looking for car hair and salons washes.
Satisfaction Services does car washes here, and I am still looking for a woman's hair cut or salon visit, after 3 years, and have never found one.
I saw some hair salons on Mystery Shopping Solutions (mystshopsol.com) a few months back.
They wash each strand of hair separately.

Shopper's Critique currently has a load of Hair Cuttery shops.

Seriously, yes, Shopper's Critique does a well-known chain. Part of the name is the person who takes care of maintenance at an apartment bldg. Waiting to see one here.
