CRI input

Does anyone else have problems with the CRI website? They only accept Internet explorer, and they have a very tiny report window. That was OK because they have a lot of shops in my area. But now it takes forever to input reports. The site seems to be running S L O W...
Any thoughts?

Other than having to use Internet Exploder, I have not had any problems with their site
Annie - are you resizing your pictures and receipts? That site should not be slow.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
They just switched site servers due to being purchased by Stericycle. I had an issue during the switch but it was resolved. I agree on using IE.
The only thing about CRI is that you have to be able to complete the jobs within the 3-day window. And to try to change a scheduled shop is almost impossible. Aside from that - try to wait until the end of a week to schedule because rates change daily. Actually they are one of my favorite companies to work for.
I don't have any probblems with their site. I don't always use internet explorer . Sometimes I use my phone to do the report. I have never had any problems. They have always rescheduled for me when I needed them to. I just get them on their chat line and ask. They always do it without question.
I know you are supposed to use IE for it but IE works terribly for me so I always do the reports on Chrome.

Shopping Southern Ontario (Canada) and Western New York (U.S.A.)!
What I noticed about using Chrome for CoRI reports is that it doesn't count down the characters in the narratives boxes. It does do that in Internet Explorer.

What works for me is to open a Word document and use it for keeping track of how many characters I've used. Once I have finished one narrative/comment, I delete it and input the next comment into the Word document. Once the report is finished, I do not need the document anymore.

In my case, I also keep a Word document of all my comments/narratives for all my shops in case my computer crashes while I am in the middle of doing a report. It has happened... smiling smiley
I have had the site shut down ? At the end of long reports .. And it seems that they have the report? Go figure? And give me a break pictures of every Gas pump from top to bottom? EXXon would not have time to make gas if they were looking at all those pictures.. and then they want to make up " guidelines" that are not in the course. or say " We did not get this picture or that picture.. I started doing recordings of me doing the reports. have you noticed that they can never "show" you the wrong picture that they say you sent?98% of the jobs I went to the shoppers walked in and walked out did not even do the inspection and said they did. I found rats in coolers .. bathrooms so bad it made you sick.
