I think that the big selling point re: Coyle is to make sure that you stress you're a p/t shopper.
They don't want the f/t shopper; instead, they want an evaluator (note the difference in terms) who is only doing this as a "bonus" to add to their lifestyle, not to make a living.
Make sure your sample narrative reflects a very fine dining experience (VERY fine). Coyle wants evaluators who are very acquainted with nice cars, neighborhoods, homes, etc. They aren't snobs, but they want a certain demographic which reflects their clients.
