I wish I had encountered a closed shop before with CORI because things just got more messed up with that one shop. I think if I had just reported the closed shop, I might have been ok, but was really trying to do the right thing and make sure I got paid.
However, I got notified tonight that I am missing 4 of the dispensers at that location and have until noon tomorrow to get them in. I check my photos and the overall photos can't see the other pumps. I end up calling the gas station and they confirm that there are actually 12 dispensers. The 8 out front for regular gasoline and the 4 on the other side of the car wash that you can't see when you are in the parking lot. I remember the car wash, but it looked like a stand alone car was, not part of the gas station and so I did not walk around to look for more gas pumps.
Here is the other weird thing. If I put in the street address 123 Main, Anytown, google maps puts me to the closed location a few blocks away. However if I put in gas station company near Anytown, it shows me the building that was open and when you click on the building, it says it is 123 Main st, even though the street names and numbers in the streets don't match up. Apparently the rules for street naming and numbering don't apply to this location.

Shelly - if your pics are not date-stamped with the date the shop was performed, CORI will not accept them.

The date stamp is there to prove that your report was completed entirely within the same day. If you change the date on your camera so that pics from two different days match, that equates to submitting fraudulent data.
There is no issue with the date stamp. It is fine. The problems were that the address was wrong and the fact that some of the pumps were behind a building and not visible. I missed the pumps. When I called the location, the attendent said that no one thinks the shops are theirs.
