It's like a huge Claire's for teens/young adults/adults.
They are typically HUGE and have mostly jewelry/then purses/then occasional shoes and such. They merchandise by color on big round or rectangular display units and in shelving in the walls. It is quite something to see. I am not into jewelry (horrors) but I did get some cute nice type flip flops there and have bought for my daughter and nieces there (they LOVE the store).

It is all by color. Really kind of a neat idea.
Open price range from cheap to expensive. Like another says a Claires knockoff but a nice store.

It's been over a year now...isn't it time Charming Charlie started getting shopped again? I think so...I miss these shops!
