I'm not sure what the fax problem is but when it comes to scanning, if you don't follow the guidelines for uploading it will not accept it. I had a few problems when I first got my scanner but now I know exactly what to do. The couple of times they rejected my receipts I either had them in the wrong format or the file was too large. It is very easy to correct. The file has to be the right size and in the right format or it will be rejected. As for their reports, I find the guidelines and paperwork are always more overwhelming than actually doing the shop and the report.
