NOT GETTING PAID BY KINESIS

10/20/2008

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR MR. JACOB JANS:

I'M SO FRUSTRATED AND PERTURBED. I DID A BOWLING SHOP BACK ON 8/2/2008 IN CONN. FOR KERN SCHEDULUING; KINESIS-payer. THE SCHEDULER IS VERY ELUSIVE IN INFORMING WHEN IF ANY PAYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED VIA PAYPAL. THE SHOP WAS ACCEPTABLE. THIS COMPANY DOES A LOT OF BANK SHOPS, TOO.

Can you advise whom to contact; such as a superior to the Scheduler, MR. JANS? I appreciate whatever you can adivse. Thank you sincerely,

BHREED

Have you contacted Kern and Kinesis?? I have never had a problem w/payment by Kinesis. The shop I completed on 8/18 was paid 9/30.

SHOPPER PAYMENTS: Kinesis pays for shops through PayPal by the end of the month following the month of the shop. To add a PayPal address that is different from your Primary Address, please check instructions in the [Help] link at the top of this page.

they should have paid you end September........you did confirm completion on the Kern site in addition to inputting the report on Kinesis, right?

Have you checked the status of your shop on Kinesis? [shopper.kinesis-cem.com] Once it is confirmed......it moves down to your shop history.

Definitely contact Kern as they should pursue this for you. Also, check on Kinesis to make sure your paypal email address is correct.
Let us know how it goes.......

I have only done 2 or 3 shops for Kinesis, but they paid like clockwork. I wish they had more shops here. The form is pretty easy for the 1 bank they have here, and the company is nice to work with.

I've done lots for Kinesis and not had a problem. My experience with payment is exactly as bugspost writes. I hope bhreed got their situation resolved. Kern Scheduling is top of the line in my book, too. They schedule for numerous companies and it's pretty easy to reach the scheduler and discuss any situations you need to go over. It seems that one scheduler handles for a state and sometimes they may not live in that state. They work out of their homes and report to their main office. I believe in them so much that when I see a KSS in my emails I practically open them first and foremost.
