Need Help With Bestmark Shop Survey....

I completed a shop for Bestmark today and have filled out the survey but when I try to submit it, it keeps telling me invalid and 2 of my questions are not right. The first one is the receipt number, the one under the Val#. I have entered it exactly like it tells me to over and over even trying to change a couple things but it will not accept it. It does not make sense because I am entering it exactly how it tells me to. The other problem is on one of the question where it requires me to write something. It says it has to be between 200 and 800 words long. In green, it says I have entered 256 characters, so why is it saying I have not entered enough. These are the only 2 things it keeps pointing out to me as being wrong and the reason it will not let me submit my report. I have a deadline which is by 10 am tomorrow and I tried calling Bestmark but they are closed. Help please!

256 characters are unlikely to be 200 words, so the report should be considerably longer.
If it is the electronics store...make sure you are entering the receipt number clear thru until the date. I don't think it is the Val# but the one under it on the receipt, such as 0257 002 2197 10/26/12 11:38 22239471

And as said above, 256 characters is not 256 WORDS. Very easy fix, talk more. smiling smiley
Nicolette, I do about 3-4 shops for them weekly. I had a problem submitting my e-mail that I received from the car dealership, so I know they are having difficulties. BUT I copied this from their website. Click on "contact us" and that will bring up the place where you can email them. Scroll to the right for additional information and "emergency" contact help. I would ask them in advance not to deduct the $2.00 just in case you don't get an answer soon enough to resolve your issues.

If you need assistance with an URGENT matter between 5:00pm on Friday and 2:00pm on Sunday, Central Time, please use the email form with "Weekend Emergency" set as the contact reason.
I'm pretty sure the OP just goofed when saying 200-800 words and then saying they had 256 characters. The report says characters. The OP also mentioned that the report switched to green, which it does when you have enough characters. With that said, I would still suggest adding more characters and seeing if that fixes the problem. I'm never on the low end of the character limits with them, and I've never had a problem submitting the reports. That stinking number under the val# drives me insane though. I have to have my husband read it to me.
