Aveda shops

My daughter and I both have shops assigned in different cities for Aveda this next week. We both have been emailing the scheduler that assigned them to us for over a week with no responses. Does anyone know if that shop was assigned to a new scheduler within the MSC? I just sent an email with the contact scheduler button on site, but thought I would ask here. I pretty much figured I would have an answer from you guys before the MSC gets back with me next week. I would hope that if she's no longer with them her emails should be going some where within the company to be answered but who knows.

Kerry Berry is the scheduler that schedules for me here in Dallas. She is not very fast at replying anytime. Do you have a specific question about the shop that maybe I can help you with? Where are you located?

That's who I been writting too also. However, I called the main office was going to leave her a message put in her extension a message comes back invalid extension. I don't have questions about the shop itself done many times. She scheduled both my daughters and mine for this week and said if that's not good just tell me when you can get to the location we have done this most times. I'm just concerned Megan now looks back says she's been emailing for 2 weeks she slow replying but usually not that slow. I'm concerned with the extension being invalid that something is going on.

OK. I have a shop coming up this week, but haven't tried getting in touch with anyone lately.

Yes, I have tried last week emailing Kerry directly, but this morning I used the contact scheduler button and emailed that way. Also, when I used the contact scheduler button her name did not pop up in the box line the email will be directed to her. I will call Monday to see if I can find out anything. I was hoping maybe someone on here has talked with her or someone else recently.

The Aveda shops that I do are self-scheduled by a large MSC company with a Help Desk. Yours must be through a different MSC.

They pay Zero. They reimburse $25. I have never seen them bonused. They fly off the job board.

Austin's right.These last seconds on the job board. The only few times I've gotten bonused for them is when a scheduler has called me to fill in for a last minute flake. Love their products, and it's a pleasant assigment.

Had no idea this client works with two MSCs. In my area, they're also with the one where you can self-assign through a job board.

This is a great shop I love doing them. I am only aware of one MSC that assigns shops in FL. They don't last on the board they fly off the board. I know the scheduler for Fl scheduled several months in advance for shops here. You can not do any of their shops on weekends, and the school here is only open to public Thursday - Saturday not sure if that is the same in other places. My daughter is in a different part of Fl they do facial at her location she is sceduled for that next Friday.

You are doing the retail and the others are talking about salons (hair, facials) with a smaller msc. I do both. Love them both!

They are pretty flexible in extending beyond the first week to 10 days. You and I must do the same location that only does facials on Thursdays. Those shops are done all over the US, including CA, where my cousin does them.

Actually it's my daughter not me getting the facial hers is scheduled for next Friday. I wish it was me though.

I've done this shop with the Help Desk MSC and I loved it. Someone mentioned a school, does the other MSC shop services at the school instead of product? I would LOVE to do that!

The MSC that I started this discussion about I'm FL they shop services and products both. I think they use two MSC's from what others have responded to the post.

Thanks! I'm going to start the search for the other MSC!

The institute is for salon services plus a required product.

I thought I would let everyone know the MSC contacted me today. The scheduler Kerry Berry is no longer with the company. They have a new scheduler taking over this client.

Oh no! Kerry was really good at calling back or emailing.
