I've now done 24 post office shops and most often get a "10" rating, but sometimes I get a "9" with the comment: "Next time be sure to include more details about your visit." I feel like I describe everything except what each person in line is wearing. I describe the cleanliness of the interior and exterior, the friendliness of the clerks, if the clerks went out of their way to help someone, how neat the supplies were, etc. Just curious what details others put in their reports.
