Is the Bed Bath & Beyond scenario THAT obvious?

I've done a few BB&B shops in the last few days. A couple of them, there were only one or two apathetic employees visible on the sales floor during the first walk-through. Once I begin the scenario, the employee finds a way to excuse himself for a moment, and the next thing I know I'm inundated with smiling, eager employees falling all over themselves to help. Seems like the employees have been well versed in the exact scenario the shoppers will use.

Anyone else experienced this?

To answer your question; Yes, it's that obvious.
Yea, how many kids are actually going to Ithaca in new York?
I haven't experienced that in any of the 3 BBB shops I've done in the last 2 months.

My daughter went to Ithaca. LOL! When I did the shop, the guy said he's never heard of it and just pointed to some XL twin beddings stuff and left me. So, obviously it wasn't THAT obvious.
