Help...!

Currently in restroom stall of my COYLE shop. Supposed to evaluate bar (for drink), and lounge for food. Well...they don't serve food in the lounge area. I asked if I could order out there. Only at the bar. Ugh!!! What should I do? Order at bar? Leave? I don't want to be out this money and screw up with this company.

just do the shop and when you get to the food part
put in that they said they dont serve food in the lounge.
Maybe they are suppose to, but arent doing as required.

Or do the shop in reverse though it would probably look
strange. Order drink in the lounge and then food/drink at
the bar.

Is there any emergency contact number you can call? Was the shop scheduled by Coyle or an outside scheduler?

Did you do the bar portion already?
It's only the bartender here. No other servers. Located literally 5 feet from hotel restaurant. I'm sure it's right place. Sigh...
From Coyle's website:

USA Ph: 800.891.9292 Int'l Ph: 212.629.2083

From Coyle's Twitter page:

1-877-459-9701
1-646-583-3485

Can you name the scheduler at Coyle? Someone here may have a phone number for you.

If I were in your shoes, I would order food from the bar if:

1. A significant portion of the report is about the food.
2. The cost of the food I am required to order is low enough for me to risk not getting reimbursed for the food.

The way I look at it, if you order food from the bar and it turns out Coyle does not want you to, Coyle should still pay you for the shop but may not reimburse you for the food. If you don't order food from the bar and it turns out Coyle wants you to, Coyle may not pay you anything (for the bar).

Is this possible:

Order from the bartender but eat in the lounge, at a regular height table. Complain about back pains and say you can't enjoy your meal if you have to sit on a stool.

Good luck.

so the lounge doesnt have it's own server? Then it may just be
that on Sunday nights when it is slower they have you go up
to the bar and get the food. I know numerous places that do
that.

The report wanted to evaluate service in lounge area. The lounge is literally at couch and chair behind the bar. Lol
Man..
Scheduler is Arthur. He's helped me before and has been great.

Thanks for Finding those numbers!

Drunk couple next to me was asking me to come sit with them. Ha
Hey, does anyone here have a number for Arthur Chang they can PM to geauxcj, or a number for someone else at Coyle that may have Arthur's number or can answer geauxcj's question?
"Don't worry about the food." -email

Highlight: Got asked to go "upstairs" by drunk couple. I said no. winking smiley

I submitted the report the same night. Haven't heard back yet. Don't know how the shopmetrics platform works with them.
