Description

Has anyone ever gotten passed the "approx age, height, hair/eye color thing when describing an employee? Did anone ever REALLY want to say, (or did you actually say) "She had 2 tattoos on her neck, one was a bible verse, and the other was a picture of a heavy metal band. OR, "she wore FARRRRRR too much make up, and her skirt left nothing to the imagination! Just wondering.

Mentioning tattoos, assuming they need that much detail, would be okay. Commenting on the make up and skirt are opinion, not fact.

The way you stated it originally "and her skirt left nothing to the imagination!" is an opinion. To say, "Her skirt ended 5 inches above the knee" would be fact.

There is one particular shop that I do that asks for descriptions of the employees; but we can't mention age, race, skin color, or body frame. There were three women; each one had a brunette braided pony tail, earrings, and blue eyes.
