I don't see this question anywhere so I'm asking here.

Can someone give me the rundown on the words that the letters spell out when posting? I'm having a hard time making out what is being talked about because I can't understand what the letters mean.

MSC= Mystery Shopping Company

DVR= Digital Voice Recorder or Digital Video Recorder, depends on the context of the question

OP= Original Poster

ICA= Independent Contractor Agreement

While you are at it can you tell the newbies what can and cannot be posted on this forum. I have tried to look this up to no avail.

Your ICA generally prohibits you from disclosing the clients of the MSC. The rules of the forum are that you may post either the name of the MSC or the client, but a tread cannot contain both the MSC and the client.
