It takes an hour to answer all of the questions. It might take longer to do the first one until you are familiar with what everything looks like.

Its not strenuous. The input takes less than 10 minutes if I recall correctly.

You will need to order one item (reimbursed) from Amazon. It is not readily available where they say it is in the intructions.

Easy $35. No outlay of cash. You can't wear jeans. That was my only turn-off.

Wish I knew more where to find this pizza oven audit. Sounds like something I'd be interested in doing...

It's not a very big chain, so they might not be in your area. Odds are very good that you're signed up with the company, but they just don't have anything in your area.

You do have to take a ton of pictures for this audit, but again it is not that difficult, and once you do one, you get the hang of it, and get it done right at an hour.
