a CORI "University" question?

I see 5 courses available to me:

1. ExpertSolutions
2. Mystery Shopping
3. Quality Audit
4. Phone shops
5. Classroom Navigation

I've gone through the presentations for all, but only got a green "yes" in the qualified column for the first 2. What do I have to do to get qualified for the other 3?

Did my question make sense? Or am I asking too many questions?

I just looked and I show the same as you.
The first 2 are YES in green
The other 3 have green dashes (I have reviewed them)

It's been like this for me since the beginning.

I assume it hasn't stopped you from getting shops from them? In that case I won't worry about it. Thanks for the reply!!

If I click phone shops on the job board, I see a ton of them.

Never mind what I just posted. I SAW a ton of them a few months ago. Right now, there are none.
