Fair fee for an apartment shop?

I am considering applying for a targeted apartment shop, 10 miles away from me.
The company (not EPMS) is offering $30. Having never done one of these, is that fee fair or should I wait and see if the fee goes up?
I know we all have different standards as to what is a fair fee, but I was just wandering what the consensus of the majority of the shoppers was for a fee on this type of a shop.
I do lots of targeted nursing home shops and the fees are usually between $50 and $75. Do apartment shops ever go that high?

It depends on the MSC, mmmm. One company out there doesn't pay for four months and even then you have to beg for your fee. Simply not worth it in this case.
In the past 11+ yrs., I've completed in excess of 300 apt. shops of the regular, audio and video variety, both with and without a target. I wouldn't accept one of these shops requiring I meet with a specific person for $30, even if it were next door. Chasing the target can be a very time consuming and a disruption to one's schedule.
I would do a non-targeted shop for $30 if the location was near some place I had to be anyway. But I wouldn't do a targeted shop for less than $45. Chasing that target down is worth a higher fee.
So far, the consensus is a "no". Thank you guys.
It's great to have a sounding board!
