MsJudi, as a back up interviewer you actually had to travel to the site? Any time I've been a back up for other companies the requirement was to be available for a certain amount of time before and up to about an hour or so after the scheduled start. The company then called me when the main interviewer showed up, by the start time if not before, and I was off the hook for the rest of the day. It was a great way to make $25
