Does anyone ever order a BLT at Five Guys?

Glad you brought this up! I just signed up for one. Supposedly, it's a new carry-out type. Anyone do one
of these yet? How was it? Glad they changed the ordering requirements--I could go for a blt!

A BLT is my favorite sandwich anyway and the ones at Five Guys are delicious to me. The bacon is very crispy, which I love. They're about the same price as the burgers, but I am not a major ground beef fan, so I was glad they expanded the ordering options.

When I first started doing 5 guys they did take out a lot, but I haven't seen a take out in a long time. I'm going in to check now. Thanks.

I think it would mark you as a regular customer who knows what they like. Unless you're the only person who ever mystery shops that unit so every mystery shop report is about a BLT order, I doubt they would notice. And, if the BLT is that good, they probably have plenty of regular customers who order them.

Time to build a bigger bridge.

Like around here, I go to restaurants all the time and they would not know me as a shopper really. I am just a regular customer and a shopper now and then.

They have BLTs now?!

I changed my toppings awhile ago but always get the little bacon cheeseburger. I should probably change it up.

I get the hot dog and like it much better than the burgers. I just can't picture a BLT on a hamburger bun.

Frugalcat, I couldn't picture it at first, either, but it is darn good! smiling smiley Plenty of lettuce and tomato and there has been a PILE of crispy bacon on the ones I've ordered.
