I got what I thought was an unfair citation from Shopper's View after submitting a report with a recorded call. They swear I didn't submit it on time. I write a log of everything I do and the times and dates and so on because I am new and trying to do well at this. Only a few months into Mystery shopping and I love it! Anyway I kept asking them why I received the citation and for the first two weeks I got no response. Now they are claiming that I didn't submit the report on time. I have to question myself and them as well. I question them because I asked them about the citation so many times before getting a response, but I question myself because I am new at this and I know I can make errors. Nonetheless they removed the citation and I will reactivate my account with them now. I don't want to BASH anybody especially if it was my mistake but I do appreciate this forum and that there are shoppers that warn others about nonpayment from certain MSC's.
