Black Light Requirement for Upscale Hotel Shops?

Has anyone seen this requirement? This is a first for me.

If you have, three questions:

1. What make/model of light did you use?
2. How did you photograph your results for the client?
3. Were you able to get a good nights' sleep after your examination? :-)

I may be a coward, but I'd be waiting until the morning to do it!

Anthony uses a blacklight on hotel impossible
on the travel channel all the time.

Should be no issues with taking photo. I know
several people that bring their own sheets with
them and take the ones on the beds off before they
sleep.

Regardless, in any hotel you should take anything
that is not white off the bed immediately as non-white
items are likely only washed once a month, or less.

I love question number 3. LOL
I carry a silk Dreamsack when I travel. It folds up into its own carrying case and it's small and lightweight.

OK! Did you have to take photos? I don't want the client to see just a fluorescent blur... they want details of the bedspread, curtains, upholstery, etc.

If you took photos - what settings did you use? I have both an iPhone with camera and a Nikon D50...
I bet my house looks like a crime scene under blacklight.

Yes pictures came out fine I took them printed them out and showed them to my realtor that passed then on to the seller.
You take the pictures above and behind the blacklight.

Hey now!!

Showing both my clean-freak side and my nerdy side at once, but... I order hospital-grade Sani-Wipes in bulk from a distributor. The main ingredient in the wet solution for the wipes is dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, which would show reactive under black light.

Checking in from hotel on shopping trip. I stay at this hotel often and keep a running list of room numbers I was in so I know to request a new room cause god knows you don't want that room after i have been in it. Just kidding.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Oh sure.... they always blame the dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.
