Where are you shopping today?

I am getting my garage door fixed today. It broke just at the right time, because a repair shop popped up again on the board right after it broke. I love getting home repairs reimbursed and making a little cash!

My house really needs new windows and siding. I sure wish a MSC would offer a full reimbursement shop for all of that! smiling smiley

5, that is awesome! I wouldn't even think to look for a shop like that.

I had two shops scheduled today. One was purely online and the other was an online purchase, in-store pick up.

Today, I scheduled 3 more shops for this week: one bank for Friday and 2 site inspection for tomorrow and the day after.

I have 1 reveal chicken shop,1 lunch restaurant shop, and an auto phone shop.
I was going to give myself the day off because it is my birthday. However, I may do a lunch shop and a dinner shop today so that I do not have to cook or do dishes at all.

The MSC is Service Performance Group. I submitted the report last night and received an email saying it was edited and accepted this morning.

The reimbursement covered almost all of the cost of a new garage opener a few years ago when I last did this same shop and covered the total cost of the repairs for replacing my garage door springs this time.

I hope they have one in your area! smiling smiley
Happy Birthday 5in and great going with the shop!

it seems like you guys doesn't like shopping online. i really wondering why?
15 shop day today. Going to be a long one. Half tires stores and the other half menu board audits at fast food places. Yesterday I had 3 post offices, 1 Ross, 1 Catherines, 2 Cheverons, and 1 Rita's Custard. Half were in one city and the other in another city 3 hours apart. Luckily I live right between the two cities so did half in the morning came home and took a nap then did the rest in other city. At least all 15 are in one city today.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Taking today off. Tomorrow I have two convenience stores at gas stations, a theater check, tire store, Office Depot, and a restaurant shop.
I have an onsite inspection today. It's across the street from work; I love shops like that!

Wrapping up reports for 17 shop airport circuit, plus one yogurt store, plus uploading one new home video. In other words, it's a working in my pj's day. Also doing laundry and cleaning out the fridge before heading out on a 10 day trip.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

This is my full time job so I have no choice. But they were easy shops like 5 to 10 minutes at each site and 5 minute reports for half 15 minute reports for the other half. Today is Friday and I got 3 shops I have to do as I needed to reschedule in addition to my others so 9 total. But they are all easy shops. I spend more time driving and sitting in traffic then I do preforming the shops. Well at least I get the weekend off and then it be back to work on Monday.

BuffaloNY, I see. I still think that is amazing! Have a great weekend!

I have a bank shop today, close to home. Yesterday, when I finished the onsite inspection, I did a quick cell phone shop.

Going on from LV to meet up with my sister for a 6 day sister road trip in Texas. Flying DC to LV, LV to San Antonio, and fly home. Renting car for a few days in the Texas Hill County. Wisconsin women need German food every now and again to maintain their visa status. Hill Country is very German and Cezch. (Notice the polka beat in a lot of Tex-Mex dance music!)

I paid to mystery shop yesterday. My 15 year old had the day off school, so I brought him with me.

--One restaurant with a small fee and reimbursement for a steak & shrimp combo plus food bar. Son doesn't like shrimp or steak and didn't want the food bar so I bought him a burger.
Earned: $5 plus reimbursement
Spent: $10

--One trendy jeans store, I only took this shop because son begged me to do it. Purchase and optional return with a minimum $120 purchase. Son fell in love with $188 jeans which were $50 off, so I donated my $25 towards the jeans (he'll pay the rest himself).
Earned: $25
Spent: $25 plus $113 of son's money

--One make your own pizza place with $10.40 fee that covers the pizza and a drink. We each wanted our own drink though.
Earned: $10.40
Spent: 11.44

Grand total earned: negative $6 (or -$119 if you count son's expenses)
Fun day out with teen: Priceless

Today I'll shop alone and earn some money.

That's how it goes sometimes when you bring family with you.

I have a business inspection and another project, updating the Purell wipe dispensers at seven grocery locations. I will probably not do all seven locations today, after all, because I found out that my husband will be home for lunch. I like having the flexibility to alter my schedule when necessary.
I'm in north-central NC tonight for a hotel shop. This past weekend I did a big route of (mostly) alcohol compliance shops in south GA and north FL. Tomorrow I'll be shopping basically the entire western half of SC. And then I'll be passed out at home for several days! LOL. I'm moving next month, and all these big routes are basically taking care of my security deposit. Yay!

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley

I completed the coolest shop I have so far in my Mystery Shopping Career. I completed it last week. I went to an Aquarium! Pay was not great! But that did not matter, It was an Awesome Experience. Not sure I would have gone on my own dime. Even though I wanted to. But $30 entrance fee is very high!

A pizza buffet and enough gas shops to full my gas tank - not many with gas prices so low!

I had a day off of my day job so I did a few easy shops:

1) Phone shop to a dentist office
2) Lunch at an upscale bakery cafe
3) Bank shop where the employees are so friendly and well trained after shopping 6 different locations that I am seriously considering changing to their bank haha.
I have a Sonic and three gas stations today. All have nice bonuses smiling smiley
I had an electronics retail store and two grocery shops yesterday. Today I have Five Guys, 2 grocery stores, Chipotle, and a cell phone service sign up shop.
