I've had problems occasionally, but it's usually because I have missed one triangle, square or circle. A masters degree or two doesn't make your eyesight any better. Not worth getting your knickers in a twist over.
I used to have that happen to me too. Now? I click them s.l.o.w.l.y. one at a time, really slowly. (sick huh?)

I guess I just don't get what I'm missing. I consistently miss them all and get locked out. Is there some trick to it I don't know about?
I just logged in an out three times. Have you tried another browser?

I've had it tell me I messed up when I watched myself click every one. Usually the second time it works, but it is definitely a glitchy system.
Trying another browser as Lisa suggest might help.
Oh, and if you see a triangle with a tip cut off, it's still a triangle. So don't be too literal about it. They are either squares, triangles or circles, there are no trapezoids. So if it looks like a trapezoid, it's a triangle.

Thanks for letting me know that I am not the only one who cannot figure out what a triangle looks like. It usually takes me two tries before I get on.
Ive had it happen once or twice before. The second time I am fine but another browser is not a bad suggestion.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I always takes me two times to log in, I just figured it was a glitch in their system. I have never been able to log in on the first try, but it always works on the second.
Always wondered why they do this....are they protecting the nuclear codes or something?

The shapes are truly not a good idea. If you keep trying you will eventually get the shapes to go into the web site. Just keep trying. In mystery shopping we do not give up.
