Ooh, I would love to know this too. They are my favorite apparel retailer grinning smiley When I shopped them before, though, I noticed they had kind of a sporadic shopping pattern, like they would be shopped every month for 3-4 months and then they would disappear for a few months before coming back. I would like to see if anyone else knows more about it, though.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley

Many retailers temporarily "stop" their MS programs during the holiday season. They don't want to have to pay to have seasonal temporary help critiqued.

I actually worked for Forever 21 for 7 years before becoming a stay at home mom this last November. One of my coworkers recently told me that they announced during a conference call that they were doing away with the secret shops and instead using customer surveys on receipts.

Actually, Kappa, several shoppers are seeing more and more of this type of thinking. Key for all of us is to not login and complete their surveys. Survey responders are hardly unbiased and experienced in what the companies are looking for. Just say no.

Before I got into MS, I would see a receipt survey and randomly click on anything till I got the code for whatever the free item was. Never once typed a sentence.

They will find that to be useless or extremely biased data. Either people fill it out quite randomly to get the freebie, or are upset and give all 1's and rant in the narrative.
