difficult web sites

When I do a shop for Ath Power I have the hardest time finding instructions and then finding where the survey is that you fill out after the shop is done. It is also very difficult to get the company to give any help.

ath Power uses Sassie. There is nothing unusual at all about their shop instructions and forms compared to other companies which use Sassie. I personally find Sassie to be the easiest MSC platform to use. I am confused by your message.

I have to agree with myst4u...I don't find ath's website hard to use at all. The Sassie platform is pretty user-friendly, especially after you've used it a few times. Do you bookmark your MSC sites? If not - that may be helpful. In the meantime, here is the link to ath's login page:

After you log in, you should be at the main page where your current reports are located. From there, just choose whatever link you need - Guidelines, Print, View/Submit, etc.
