Newbie Question about Maritz

Can anyone help me on how to submit an invoice for a Maritz MS? It looks like I have to provide them with a written receipt? (This shop did not require a purchase or have bonus.) Thanks for any advice!

No written receipt. After you submit the report you can click on the submit invoice link where you can upload any proof of visits/receipts. Make sure to get an invoice ID number which is your confirmation to know you did it right. It is hard to explain how to do these but rest assured you are not required to mail hard copies of anything, electronic works just fine.
Thank you AustinMom and VickyS for your replies and help.

I did go to the PDF on the help page prior to submitting, but it was not clear if I had to invoice them with an uploaded paper copy. I was able to click on the job and see the "invoice" type box indicating: $0 reimbursement, $0 bunus and how much they paid for the MS. I don't remember pressing a submit button, but when I went back to try to review it again, it said I already submitted an invoice for that job.

I will keep an eye on it and call if I notice further issues.
Since you have no receipt, do you have any other images that were required for the shop, i.e. business card, brochure, etc.?
To invoice...
On the first screen of the invoicing process, enter 0.00 as the amount of reimbursement, and write "No Purchase" in the Notes Field.
Next, and I'm sure that I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but you could submit your Proof of Visit image as your receipt image.
If there was no image at all required, simply select the option that is "I will mail in my receipts." But don't mail anything in. They will take care of it.
I always submit the employee's card when I have no receipt, That is my proof of visit. And I write the visit number on my receipts and cards before photographing them
I never submit any business cards or other collateral on the invoice page if no purchase was required. It is my understanding that the receipts sent through the invoice page are sent to accounting to be paid. Any required POV was submitted with the required photos page during the debriefing, so it isn't necessary to also send them to accounting to prove you were there.. For something like a cell phone or bank shop where you don't have to purchase anything, I just submit the invoice and ignore the "submit receipts" buttons.

Maritz has the nicest staff of all the MSC's I have worked with and they are always just a phone call away. I messed up my first few invoices with them when I started with them in November. I now get called at least twice a week to pick up shops, and call them quite a bit with any issues I might have. Make sure you print those invoices, and put a check mark next to the receipt so that prints too (except for this one since there is none).
I shop a lot for them and like the company very much. Schedulers are great and very respectful. If I were u I would personally call them and they will be glad to walk you through it! I could explain it but it would be easier to call just have the visit ID ready to give.
