Maritz documentation for Inventory shops when invoicing

My apologies if this has been addressed. I searched and did not find anything. What do you submit with the invoice for the inventory shops for the red and blue gas station shops? All that is required is a picture of the front door. I called Maritz and God Bless the sweet ladies, they just confused me more. Thank you! smiling smiley

Your picture of the front door is your 'invoice'. What do you want to do for $5? Any shop with no purchase is similar.
I don't submit any receipt or photo and all of my shops have been accepted. The front door photo is submitted as part of the report. It is the same as their blue banks.
Thank you everyone. I always submit the business card for the bank shops. When I went back to my job board, it showed that nothing more was to be done. I guess the sweet lady, God Bless her, did something. Let's hope it was the right thing.
Just to play it safe I also re-submit a photo of the business card with the invoicing of the blue banks. I probably don't have to.
Same here..business card with bank invoice and front door photo with blue and red inventory invoice.

Ditto to play it safe I always submit my proof of visit with my invoice as the receipt.
I asked them what to submit with the invoice when I did a de brand one time. They told me to just click on I will mail my receipts and that was it. They would know it didnt require a receipt.
