Is A Receipt Required?

I see shops for an auto parts store are currently being offered. In reading the guidelines, I find nowhere is there a proof of performing the shop. That begs the question, how does one invoice?

I'm thinking a picture of the front door or building might be proof enough for the invoice.

In other shops, I've done this (inventory, most recently); otherwise a business card?

If there is no purchase required, a receipt would not be necessary. I would imagine a business card or literature, including a picture of the building would be in order. I would email the scheduler. smiling smiley
the guidelines should tell you exactly what is required. If it doesn't, shoot an email to the scheduler and if they don't reply in time, take a picture when you leave showing the address on the building if possible, get a business card if appropriate (it isn't always; the auto parts store where i work doesn't have them), or pull a geoverify code.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
On the Advance Auto Parts Shops, I had each location provide me with a printout of what I asked about. This was accepted by the MSC...

I'm still learning 24/7.
I do a fast food shop here that requires a purchase, but no uploads are required for the report. So strange, but I have always been paid and reimbursed without fail. I take a pic of the receipt for my own records, but the report doesn't ask for it.
There are shops with no POV required.

I have a company that just asks for the receipt number in the report so evidently they can look thru their system and see if it is the same as what I claim as expenses. I love it when I don't have the extra work of scanning and attaching.
I take a time and date stamped photo with my smart phone and attach that as the receipt. Worked last year, and I expect it to be fine today.

Done a shop the other day and a picture of a price tag and GeoVerfiy is all that was required.

The MSC which does Advance Auto parts doesn't use GeoVerify. Am I missing something? (Probably yet another shopping opportunity with a different MSC, I suspect.)
