I like these audits, but they can be a pain from time to time. I just took the test and it won't release the questionnaire or the access code for the audit. I have an audit tomorrow, so this should be fun!!

Yes! The questionnaire will not turn up. If your device works with an air printer, you can print the SLB while in the computer department with one of their connected computers or get online in the warehouse and print from one of those printers. I bet you can call the hotline in the morning and have them fax it to the store, too.

okay So I am not the only one. I contacted help and also my scheduler however I am waiting for an answer back.
To make matters more fun, there was no BB ad circ in my Sunday paper today. I need to scour the web for this weeks ads to make my cheat sheet for tomorrow.

Mine is giving me a message that it can't be submitted before tomorrow; so I'm hoping the survey just pops up before tomorrow. I was able to get the Guidelines saved so I have my paperwork to get in the door.

Yes, you will always get that message, AlexG, if the shop date has not arrived, but you were normally able to scroll down, after acknowledging the pop-up screen that provides the reminder 'tip', and along with the guidelines link, video link, test link, etc., there was one for the questionnaire. That is what is missing at this point.

Regarding the ad missing from the Sunday paper (same here, too), go to:

Click on the ad cover (Six appeal), and a larger version pops up and you can use the arrow and scroll through all pages.

The website has all major stores weekly ads, too, FYI.

my cheat sheet has the entire audit on it. It tells which plano's and in the right order. The functionality with clean screens/ non working. Ad set to down stocking. The ad set has the sku needed, the price in ad, and the description. I am updating the sheet now. PM me if you want a copy. I can pretty much do the entire audit without Rover or Sassie. I take the pics, make notes on the sheet, and upload later if there is any issues with the Rover. Also it's great should any issues with editors needing clarity later.

There is one issue however: What is the first page items? It looks like it doesn't actually state the items, just the departments. The mid and last sections look fine. Am I seeing the first page wrong?

Sounds like what I do, yours is more organized. I usually just have a small note with my list. And do not forget to find other shops in the area to do, cough-cough, during your break...

I am looking at the ad via that site right now, but I did notice my location (city) had popped up, so they are regional ads. I see what you mean about the first page. I clicked on the second page and it looks like this would be the 'real' cover page. You know how sometimes ad circulars have that half sheet page wrapped aroung the little booklet? Maybe that is what that fake first page is. (?)

There is no specified lunch. We all do what we want for breaks. I was just saying that because the report does not take as long as they say it does and not even as long as the required minimum time to be at the location.

We are all on the same page however some of us keep it to our selves since the company reads these posts and I really do not wish for my day to be viewed by corporate. I mean what if I had an itch or needed to adjust! Uhg! I prefer to keep that private...

Hello everyone
I am doing my 2nd audit this week. I noticed last time that when you take the pics on the mobile app, they don't stay on your camera roll.
I wondered if people take any extra pics with their phones too or is there a way you take them so you have them for backup?
Last time I had to drive back to the store a week later to take another photo (which I was sure I'd done the first time!) because I had no photos saved on my Ipad. It was half a mile away so didn't matter, but still....

That is correct. The app inserts the photos directly into the Rover form and there has been a glitch with the syncing process that loses some photos when the sync occurs. Yes, some take another photo just in case. You can back out of the audit and take the photo on your iPad, in fact any issues you see or need photos of. When the form on Rover calls for the photo, just choose your photo library instead of camera and you will use your stored photo instead.
