Five Guys- 15 shakes?!

Hi there,
I have a question about the Five Guys shops. Are the 15 shakes supposed to happen all at the same time at the end? or does it only matter if there are 15 shakes total no matter when they were shook/number of times they were shook?

Like the guy shook the fries 12x then set them down and came back and shook 3 times more then went back to making burgers then came back and shook 6 times before dumping them into the warming area...

If it were me, I would count it as being 15 total shakes.

Since it has been awhile since I have done the cinco dudes, I mistakenly thought that they were now selling shakes (like milkshakes) and you were required to buy 15! LOL! Silly me!
The key is that the fries are not clumpy. If they shake the basket five times, but made three visits to do it (15 shakes total) and the fries are not stuck together, good stuff. If the they shake less and the fries are clumpy they should not get credit for the shakes.
They actually do sell shakes at certain locations. They are fantastic!! My fry person shook the basket 24 times. I was wondering why so many?? My fries were not clumpy, that's for sure..
I agree that the 15 shakes do not have to be all at once. One location here shakes 10-12 times, leaves them to hang a bit and comes back to shake another 10-12 times. They then dump and season. Their fries are cooked hot enough to not absorb much oil and with their procedure the fries barely stain the bag. Another location does the 15 shakes all at once but usually not very vigorously. Their fries stain the bag immediately with oil. To prevent clumping they need to be shaken during the cooking process. Waiting to the end is too late.
