forgot to geocertify, now what?

I did a shop this morning and neglected to geocertify while I was there. Can I go back later to get it or am I screwed?

With many companies that geoverify thing is optional. I don't have any way to do it and still do the shops just fine.

Some shops specifically require Geoverify for an acceptable shop though. OP did not state whether this was an absolute requirement or not.

As far as I'm concerned, Georverify is a nuttin' burger. The receipt and photos should tell the MSC and its client everything they need to know.
It won't let me complete the survey without the geocertify info. I emailed the scheduler, no response yet. It's due tonight. I'm going back to do it. I guess I'll see what happens.
Sometimes I have to submit twice because the first time comes up as an error.

@sexyshopper I had a 2 shops at 2 different locations for the same client recently. When I was submitting the reports, Sassie would not let me finalize them because I did not enter the GV code. I went back and looked over the guidelines, and sure enough, I see that GeoVerify was a required item. I did not notice the requirement the fist time I read the guidelines. I contacted the company and told them what happened and they accepted my shops, and asked me to be sure to use it in the future. I don't know if I will take shops like that in the future. I've got GeoVerify on my phone and the couple of times I've tried it, it shows my location blocks away from where I am. Seems to me like a reason to reject a shop, or maybe I'm just paranoid. What is the point if you have a photo of the exterior (with a time, date and location stamp imbedded) and a business card to provide as proof of visit?

Some of this tech stuff just seems like gimmicks to me. Maybe Geo Verify is cutting in commissions to the MSC's that use this service. Any spelling errors in this post caused by my tin foil hat covering my eyes.

proudly shopping in the D.
You can't go back, because geoverify shows location. date and time, right?

I have never Geocertified anything in my entire shopping career, it has never been a requirement of any of the shops that I have completed.

It'll match by location and day.

You're paranoid.

I agree if there are other POV's required then GeoVerify is going overboard. However GeoVerify that was not required save a friend when one company tried to claim that there was no way she did that many banks in one day. They didn't bother to view the videos before accusing her, that would have shown her at each bank but because she had GV each one they ended up accepting her 17 shops and paying her.
The only reason why GV is even needed is because people have cheated and now we have to pay the price for their greed.
I tried out Geoverify once. It tried to tell me that the location where I needed to be was 500 ft away on the top of a very, very large hill. It was also private property. Needless to say I refused to use it. I have heard other horror stories, mostly in smaller towns about Geoverify being very off.

Geo verify also pin points time. You can go back to the location and geo verify, however, the date/time stamp will be different.

I understand. I'm not on the other end of these reports, but what I've noticed was that SASSIE only checks for date and proximity. Otherwise, no red flag notification from the shopper's point of view, at least.

Most companies I work for don't require GeoVerify. For the couple of times it has been required, I have to write myself a note, or else I'll forget. I'm just not used to using it. The time, date and location is embedded in the info file for my photos, so GeoVerify seems redundant. But like the camera app, GeoVerify depends on reading the gps location of your phone. How accurate it is could depend on your phone and phone service.
I had 2 shops where the guidelines said it would require GeoVerify. Did the app thing and got the codes. Then I went to do the shop reports and there was nothing in them to use the Geo Verify codes.
