Above and Beyond - Schedulers and MSPs available on a Holiday Weekend

As shoppers we are scheduled for virtually any day of the year we accept, but we know that if an issue or question comes up during 'non working hours' we may well get stopped in our tracks if we need guidance. Labor Day is a 3 day weekend and I noted many businesses 'snuck out early' so were gone Friday to make it a 4 day weekend. Still more may be absent on Tuesday, possibly making it a 5 day weekend. So I would like to propose a toast to those schedulers and companies you were able to contact on this Holiday Weekend.

I will start off with Kris at ACL, who not only responded, but with good humor.

Being assigned jobs on a holiday weekend is one thing. Being available and replying, if an issue arises, is the test.

For me, Kelly, STN, did just that today.

I got a shop edited and accepted today and got a new assignment. I was surprised since it is a weekend and a holiday weekend at that.

Yeah, I contacted CORI on Friday morning via "Live Chat" and it's now 1 PM on Tuesday and I've yet to hear from them. Talk about poor customer service.

Edited to add: I did an assignment for ACL on Saturday night and on Sunday morning I received an acknowledgement and a thank you. Thank you, ACL!

I have been going back and forth all three days with ACL folks, applying, getting assignments, getting rescheduled, and even getting an erroneous shop assignment corrected! (What a difference a typo can make!).
