The only long haul bus shops that I have ever seen are where you assess the station and ticket sales but then mail in the unused ticket for reimbursement. Amtrak is shopped but by a very small cadre of very experienced shoppers who do ALL of the shops. Some subway and local bus systems do a round of shops, quite infrequently, from what I have been able to gather. Actual flights on airlines are very few and far between.

There are city bus shops in San Francisco. You have to get on at a certain station, take it to a particular station, then get on the return bus. They give you the times that you have to ride. Not sure if they have similar shops in other cities...

Shopper in California's Bay Area
I have seen shops similar to the ones CaliGirl mentioned. I'm also fairly certain I saw Atlanta MARTA shops once when I was taking a trip there but can't remember the MSC. I know one of the bus lines is shopped (not Greyhound, although they may be also), and the same company has some airline shops but I believe those are only partial reimbursement. I also know of a company that shops a particular state's toll roads as well.

Megabus is also shopped, at least in the Midwest

I think that may be the one I was thinking about.

On the West coast too
I have been waiting for over 2 months to be approved for train shops, I think there may be many shoppers interested in these types of shops. Mine was for Amtrak - still no approval.
There is a very small group approved to do all of the Amtrak shops. As far as I know the latest additions were made to the group about 6 weeks ago. So they may not be adding any more anytime soon unless someone moves too far away from one of the "hub" stations.
