I am still very angry

I don't agree with you. The shops should be assigned at least 2-3 days in advance. I think the scheduler has a responsible to their employees. If the shop was assigned to me the day of the job, I would reply to the scheduler and tell them because I hadn't heard from them, I went ahead and planned my time according to my needs period. I think the schedulers should be more professional and do their jobs to help the shoppers. We all have lives outside mystery shopping.
And schedulers have lives outside of msing also. It is the shoppers responsibility to cancel applications if you can no longer do them.

What do you mean by "I think the scheduler has a responsible to their employees."? What employees? Shoppers? Shoppers are not employees, We are independent contractors.

Not all MSC's give you the option to delete your shop application which can pose a problem. A lot do give us the option which is good.
Why is who so nasty? I don't understand . . .

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
I am most sorry that you did not have the opportunity to help someone. Please continue to be involved in domestic violence abuse.
This repy is to kyninja,
It's obvious that you do not know anything about domestic violence. Don't talk to me about anger management classes until you have endured what domestic violence victims have gone through and still go through for the rest of their lives. And domestic violence victims do not go through anger management classes. They are the victim of abuse. When something hits a little too close to home, it's extremely hard not to get upset.

Cathi1954,
I did help her. She was the nicest sweetest lady that I have ever met. I spent the entire week with her, held her hand, sat in court with her, and cried with her. I had no one there for me when I needed them. I will always continue to be there for victims of domestic violence. Thank you for caring.
