PITA schedulers

I swear some schedulers need to get their @#$%& together! I understand they may need to deal with many shops and shoppers at once but heck, they are not the ones being graded for their work and we are the ones who are needed to complete their shops! They can't be bothered otherwise they penalize you but then they don't always correctly read the reports or their messages because I am ridiculously sending over the SAME information again and again! I mean, I've gotten to the point of forwarding old messages to prove the information was already sent to the specific scheduler. Geeeze!

I know there are some great and competent schedulers, they aren't all a PITA but I'm dealing with one today who is testing my limits!

I think those PITA schedulers are suffering from the small-fish-in-a-big-pond syndrome. Instead of wasting their time looking for things to criticize, they'd be better off giving a bit of positive feedback now and then. This would actually make the shopper want to do an even better job than they are already doing. Some people just can't handle it when they get a little bit of power in their hands.
