Must Read Guidelines

Shoppers should not have to download a guideline more than once for each assignment. Can Sassie IT people correct this?

Huh? You go to your log, you select 'Guidelines' it opens (in a separate window on my setup) the download page. You go back to your log and refresh the page. You now should have the option to 'view/print' the survey itself or report. Whether you download the 'Guidelines' or not, the refreshed log page should move you past the need to first review the guidelines.
Can't you save the guidelines to your hard drive, as a PDF, the first time you download them? Then you have them at the ready if you need them, or not look at them again if you don't.

Or maybe I'm not understanding what you're asking? The only time I every find myself downloading them more than once is if I didn't save them to my hard drive the first time.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

Some companies have SASSIE set up in a way that if you don't click the guideline link, you can't access the shop form. I guess the OP finds this annoying if they've already read the guidelines (perhaps from other shops or an email attachment.)

Personally, with all the things that are annoying about SASSIE, this is pretty low on my list. It literally takes seconds.
Plus I may do 4 ABC shops in the same cycle and they each have a slight variant which would require different guidelines. I'm never going to assume that one ABC will be the same as the next one without looking. And usually if you download the guidelines you can look at the file numbers of the various guidelines to see if they are identical or different to know if opening only one is all you need. Having the guidelines requirement disappear for all 4 ABC once you have opened one could theoretically cause you problems if the other 3 have any differences at all.

Oh, I see what the OP meant. Yes, I guess I do this without even thinking about it, so it's definitely low on the annoyance list!

Maybe the OP means when you have a circuit of the same shops, ie 10 gas stations, and you have to download the guidelines for each location. Now that I find annoying!
If you are absolutely sure the guidelines are going to be the same, just hit guidelines pop back to the log, hit the next guidelines, pop back to the log etc. and when you have them all hit, refresh the page on the log and close up the extra windows if you don't need the guidelines. It would take you longer to steam about it than to just do it. You don't need to DOWNLOAD each set of guidelines for the shop log to let you move on, just let it open a guidelines window.
