Coffee Bean and Tea

Just posted a new round and like Panda Express, the fee is down a buck. I never considered this shop a "money maker" but if I was nearby I didn't mind getting a blended coffee and/or a bakery item for a simple report. The fee was pretty low to begin with at $4. Maybe it would make me feel better if they just posted this as a fee only shop for $7 with no reimbursement. I'm guessing most of us spend the maximum amount reimbursed anyway. I kind of look at the gas shops the same way. $9 plus $5 reimbursed for two gallons of gas and store purchase. Since I can't get two gallons for under $5 in California, I just look at this as a $14 shop. I can't just let them stay on the boards and hope for it to go up later. This just doesn't happen in my area and I can't control my fellow shoppers. I would only be hurting my own bottom line by not accepting them, but only if I'm going to be in the geographical area anyway.

If the MSC wants to not only stay afloat but be a major player, it should be reinventing.

Interesting....I haven't seen coffee shops in my area for this MSC for awhile.

But then the shops they did here, the stores either closed or were "rebranded".....

Silver certified (since 2009) and willing to do shops all around the greater Chicago, NW Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin areas (including airports!.

So, I am friends with an ex-executive from this brand. We were chatting about the company, and I mentioned the previous (very small) company that used to do these shops. I mentioned a couple of questions on the old report that I thought were stupid.
Turns out, he write the old report ..... smiling smiley

I don't ever go out of my way to do these, but if one pops up and I'll be in the area, I take it. I do maybe 1 or 2 a year at most.

The lower fee has caused me to drop out of these shops. The reimbursement is not very good, either.
