Gold Certification Exam - MSPA

Has anyone failed and not been allowed to certify at a later date?

I didn't have to take a test...I went to a seminar and got certified.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.

MzDanza,

I see "Silver Certified" in your original post. Do you know that MSPA has stopped offering it? Also, when I go to my profile at MSPA, it does not show that I am Silver Certified (Silver certified 11/15) but instead shows only that I have passed their free Intro to Mystery Shopping.

I wonder if that is why my certification is coming back as incorrect/not registered to me.

You might want to check your profile at MSPA to see if it says you are Silver certified. Also, some mystery shopping companies have not modified their software to work with MSPA's changes.
