i just don't have the time/patience/inclination to read through the almost 100 comments on this topic (i just came across it so i haven't been following) but the op's comment(s) are so steeped in generalization(s) that it's difficult to properly make a judgement on who happens to be culpable (maybe both?).
then, the op gets into mentioning his/her lawyer-ing up and demanding satisfaction. huh??? all of this over a fee. yep i know the "it's the principle" defense but...really? i can't count the number of times guidelines have been confusing/contradictory/nonsensical along with mannny spelling/grammar/context issues but i either suss it out with the scheduler/msc or just use my best judgement.
then we get into an extended back-and-forth regarding khaki pants and the definition. khaki pants are tan (end of discussion).
get over not getting the fee (you're prolly one of those $6.50 per shop feeders of the low-hanging fruit, suck it up, grow a pair and...move on.
jeez...this is like a friggin' circus.
