Cannot Register Gold Certification with ANY mystery shop companies!

I have not been able to register my Gold Certification with ANY mystery shop companies. I am very frustrated and disappointed. For months, I have waited for a response from MSPA but all I have received is an automated email saying that my email was received. I have contact them three months in a row. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have tried both primary and secondary email addresses and even tried changing the address on the mystery shopping companies (which I could not do for many as they require your address match your Paypal account).

I had the same problem. Eventually I got an email response saying that they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.

Well mine wasn't for Gold but for the Intro to Mystery Shopping which I think is replacing Silver. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I have been wondering if the system has also not been accepting the much-touted new versions of MSPA certifications and have asked elsewhere on the forum for information about that. So a big "thank you" for confirming what many have thought.
