So OK, I finished my first "Health Care" shop at a local Walmart today for Second To None. All went great. So I'm entering my report, and one question asks how I rate the Agent, and to provide narrative about it. But it doesn't really ask for a "complete" story, like so many companies do, so I figure, well, let's go forward to the next page or two and see if they request more narrative. So I clicked on "Next" at the bottom of the page, only to discover that I had to type in at least 125 characters before I could go on to the next page. So, because I figured there would be a final "REVIEW" page before the thing gets submitted (like MF & Trendsource has), I merely typed in a bunch of gobble-de-gook...no kidding....stuff like this:
dkakfu0a9 dkljaf; dkaf9e sdnkf;ne idie d voa erky8sd ....and so forth.....JUST to type enough characters to get to the next page! So I get to the next page, answer that question, and go to the next page.....UH OH!!!! I get a message.......
"Thank you for your report....it has been submitted" AAAACCCKKKKkkkkkkkkk..........NOOOooooooooooo!!!!! NO WAY to re-open it up!!! OMG, if this wasn't so tragic, it would be funny!!
So I IMMEDIATELY place a call to STN and speak with someone, pleading my case. She tells me the person to help me is Veronica, but she's not at her desk, and she would send her an "URGENT" text saying I am leaving her an "URGENT voice mail (which I did!!). So that was 15 minutes ago, and I'm going to call back right now and see if she is there!!!
I needed something to do to release some of this nervous energy, so this is my rant.....hopefully I'll come back later and say it's all fixed...........hopefully!!
Anyone else have these terribly embarrassing moments?????
