I cannot log into Bestmark either. The phone number is down as well. The 800 # says "unknown error - contact administrator" and then hangs up. The other local number says "application error - goodbye".
Yes I am also having issues with the bestmark site. I've been trying to open the site since 7:00am this morning. I have 2 surveys to complete by 10:00am and can't even find a phone number to contact them.
