I was trying to perform an Online shop this afternoon. The store was not accepting online orders. The guidelines appeared to be repetitive and I overlooked the box on one of the pages that included additional information requiring a phone call. I thought I had all the requirements for all the scenarios figured out.
My fault obviously. Several companies do this, they repeat the instructions multiple times across the same or several documents, occasionally including additional information in one area. I wish the schedulers would go over the documents and fix them, especially as shoppers run into the same issues.
