What's the most you've been paid for a Five Guys shop?

I accepted a Five Guys shop for $50. I don't know if they're low-balling me so what is the most you've done a Five Guys for?

idk if I should ask for $65 next time? A good number of times my request gets approved.

$30.00... Recently accepted one for a $3.00 bonus as I had not done one in a while, so $8.00 total fee. Lucky me. winking smiley
I have my doubts about the OP's claim of the bonus amount. He seems to like exaggeration and stirring the pot.
I once completed a Five Guys shop for a $25 fee. However, it was a late night, phone call assignment at a location with no public parking whatsoever. Definitely a PITA.
Well the location is 1 hour away from me. Hence why I asked for $50. But from what others are posting, my fee is on the high-end of the scale.

Also I've done at least 70 Five guys shops with the MSC and maybe they allow high fees with more reliable shoppers?

Well, pot does make some people hungry. winking smiley
I get called almost every weekend for the client. The fee with bonus averages $20. Between my home and work location there are 5 locations I am regularly near by. There are three others I only shop if bonused, but only if it works into my normal schedule. Due to the number of shoppers and locations near me, it's highly unlikely the MSC will ever need to offer anything higher than I have already established.

Personally, I prefer to be offered the $20 range fee almost weekly as an established and reliable shopper for them than wait for a random out of my way bonus once in a blue moon.

One more observation. The MSC has recently added new restaurant clients; offering reimbursement only. They have also decreased fees and reimbursements across the board. I'd hate to see this discussion, we all know the MSC will be monitoring, contribute to reductions in the fees for this client. We should be careful as to what we choose to discuss here. The damage already being done.....

isaiah58, I don't understand how our sharing knowledge the MSC already has could contribute to the lowering of fees. We are at a disadvantage when negotiating since we have no idea what others are being offered or negotiate. My highest was $16 pay.
$50, but that was for the late night shops where you have to arrive 30 to 15 minutes before closing.

$20 bonus, or $20 fee?
A $30 fee is the most I've ever gotten (total, base + bonus; not including reimbursement). But the last three times they've called, they're not budging very much on the bonuses. I used to get $18 to $25 pretty regularly, but apparently they won't go that high right now. For the shop I did for $30, which is about an hour round-trip for me, they wouldn't go higher than $18. And I wouldn't do it for that. I'd have taken $25, but no way am I doing that shop, at that location, for an $18 fee.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Welcome, Kristina from Oregon. Just keep reading, especially the area for "new shoppers".
I doubt he's exaggerating. I don't work for that MSC any longer but when I did, each month I received $325 in bonuses for a four-restaurant route in a secluded area. One shop paid $150, one $75, and two $50. That MSC does bonus well when desperate.
Some of the most lucrative routes are for bonus'd shops in areas not shopped before! I get the calls from NC.
I typically get $50 - $60 but it's usually 30-45 minute drive. $25 - $30 if local. I did get $70 once but that was for a city location where I had to park in a parking garage and walk down the street to the restaurant. They asked me to do a late dinner shop at that location and I told them they couldn't pay me enough to be in that area after dark.
Wow! $50! My regular fee is $25 plus reimb. I can't believe I did them for the base fee for so long!
I did one a while ago. I totally messed up and completed it 20 minutes before the designated time. Uuughhh. I normally don't make 'mistakes'. DIdn't get paid for it either. :-(
Wow! The most I've been paid was $9 for a regular (not late night) plus reimbursement. I'm in Los Angeles and even when they shops sit on the board I rarely see them go for more than the base fee.

Natalie, you took the words right out of my mouth. The highest bonus I have ever gotten is $0 and the location I use requires a walk of several blocks when I park "illegally" at a grocery store, otherwise I would probably be spending more than the fee to park closer.
MSC staff if you are listening (reading here) I would be willing to accept a bonus of $20 or more. Call me!!!! Call me and Natalie!!
I get calls for these shops about every other weekend. There is a location about 45 minutes from me that they seem to have a hard time filling and I have asked for and received a $60 fee (plus reimbursement) on two occasions, and $50 on one occasion before those two. These have all been walk-in lunch shops. There is another location about 15 minutes away from me, and I have received $30 fees for those. I used to take them at the offered bonus rate, but then realized that I was leaving money on the table and now never take the "offered bonus" when they call. I counter at what I will do them for, and don't negotiate. If they want me to do it, they can pay my fee, and if they don't want to pay my fee, they can find someone else.
If I'm willing to wait (and with those, yes I am), I can wait and consistently get $20 total fee. I just did one on Monday for $35, initially offered at $30, but it was late dinner (the one 15-30 minutes before closing).

I do think I'm going to ask for a little bit more next time they call.

Are they calling you or are you just watching the job board?
