I have a friend in Florida who still has a flip phone and won't touch his wife's computer, though he is intelligent enough to use the simple technology of today and can easily afford some newfangled stuff. I have to text his wife because he refuses to learn how to text and won't read the ones I send him. I have to send her photos so she can show him, and he won't even set up an email address so again, I either have to email her or just pick up the phone and call him. He's stubbborn like that. But, he would never try to make someone feel bad by throwing on some sort of superiority attitude about it.
And I know about not being too tech savvy, LOL. Technology these days is supposed to be simple. I just spent about 4 hours trying to figure out why my wireless Brother All-in-One decided to quit printing and scanning after 3 years of no problems. I did all of the usual things by rebooting the printer, rebooting the Internet, rebooting my computer, redownloading drivers, removing the printer from my device list and adding it back in, plugging in the printer, ARGGGH. I finally uninstalled it from my list of programs and removed any trace of it from my computer and started from scratch. It works now. A tech savvy person would have figured it out already. Mental note to self on what to do if this happens again...
