Direct Tool Factory Outlet?

Does anyone know if Direct Tools is still shopped? I am not asking for an MSC here, I just am curious if this shop still exists. I used to do this shop a few years ago and it had a $20 purchase reimbursement and I was able to score a few freebies that I actually use and that come in handy - things that in this economy I would probably not buy on my own or only at yard sales/thrift shops. It's my job to find the MSC, I know this, I just wonder if there's any hope in that signing up with new MSC's I might run across this shop again......

I don't recall the last time I saw the shop, but it was always with the same MSC.
