Mystery shop company for In-N-Out Burger

Does anyone know the name of the mystery shopping company that handles In-N-Out Burger? I called the company's toll free number today and was told by a representative that the company that does mystery shopping for them only gets candidates by internal reference only and therefore they do not give out the information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You may want to read the rules for MS. It isn't allowed to name the client for any MS company.

Whataburger is a better burger place anyway, so is shake shack.

Meh.

Especially when taking price into consideration and quality, I'd choose In-N-Out over both of those any day.

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
Are they really? In-n-Out spoiled me for life.

As someone else wrote, we cannot reveal the MSC. It's more of an invitation company. Once in a great while they will post on the boards.

If you want to PM your email address I'll be happy to send it to the scheduler. It will be up to them whether they invite you or tell you who they are.

Due to an injury, I have been put on pain medication. When I first looked at my laptop screen, I could have sworn that the screen name said "DSpanksDFW." I figured with all the In-N-Out burgers that spanks would come in handy!

You are insane For some completely inexplicable reason Whataburger insists on putting mustard on my plain burgers. After the 3rd time I refuse to eat one again. Even besides that they're not very good. I would rate them about the same as Burger King.

I would have never thought of Spanx, I would have taken it in a more literal manner.
The company that does this chain is really crappy. You'd be better off paying for the meal. As I recall, the pay (If you get it) is pretty measley.
Interesting ranking list by Chowhound:

Whataburger comes in at #20
Shake Shack #9
Burger King #6
Five Guys #2
In-N-Out #1

I've probably shopped more that half the burgers on that list. I haven't done an In-N-Out shop in a long time, but I used to love the MSC. Are they still with the company that pays lighting-fast?

I've done these shops for years as fillers on a route or near home. The pay is small but the reports are easy. I have never had a problem with getting paid and the MSC is super fast. Great communication too.

We cross posted, but apparently they are!

I used to like walking distance from one so the shops were on regular rotation for me.
The pay is about the same as the starting pay for most FF burgers. The company pays fast, the reports are super easy, and they're SUPER friendly. I am not In-n-Out territory often but I try to pick up shops from them whenever I am. Like someone said, they're great for fillers, especially considering I try to eat there when I'm in an area anyway.

I don't get the invitations as often so apparently that have cut down on the number of shops.
The company that does these (you KNOW we're not allowed to tell), is super nice pays in about four days, and the burgers are o.k. We now have Rustic Burger something to really rave about. I'll keep doing Inn@out just because it's near me, and I like Jeff. I'd rather have a Red Robin burger, excellent and shopped. Burgers have become the rage here, so, FF better up their game.

well we know this list is a lie because burger king is gross. :barf: and whoever thinks 5 Guys is second is delusional.

Now, I've only been to In-N-Out once but I remember it not being memorable and I remember not understanding the hype.

This is what they told me through fb as well. I rolled my eyes because they have no clue how non-exclusive shopping can be. I didn't look into this more but need to now that a brand new one opened up last month down the road from me.

Are they open 24 hours? Almost any burger is great at 4am if you are drunk.

Actually even if you knew the name it wouldn't do you any good. As far as I know they have no published email address and they really do only work off of referral.

It's that Thousand Island-esque sauce I tell ya! Makes In-N-Out taste unique. Also, their burger meat is fresh and different too. My mouth is watering now!
There are no In-N-Out places where I live but when my daughter lived in Phoenix, that would be one of my favorite places to eat. Too bad I wasn't a shopper back then.

Susie shopping the Columbus Ohio area and outlying communities.
I will say this. If a scheduler for an In N Out emails you, act quickly. I got an email from one about this time last year, didn't see it in my inbox until about a week later as I was out of town. Emailed him back and he said the shops were all taken but he'd keep me in mind. As luck would have it, next time he emailed, again I was out of town. Missed the email only by a day, but again, no luck.

Why do you not check your email while "out of town"? I travel quite a bit and am always checking my email, even if I'm out of the country. I've been able to schedule many shops while "out of town". I also check my email carefully at all times in case there is a question about a completed shop. If I don't have PC access than I use my smart phone.

OK. My bad. They must have changed MSC's. I don't eat burgers though. I used to give them away.
I have many In N Out burgers around me but only get occasional emails to shop one of them. It's very sporadic, but I enjoy doing the job when offered. There almost always seems to be someone doing something exceptional to recognize.
When I visited Texas and California a few years ago I discovered In N Out and Whataburger - Yum! I'm surprised they have never made it to the East Coast. Did you all know that In N Out has a secret menu?
