Yes.

Unfortunately, according to our forum guidelines and the ICAs signed with the company, we cannot reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies.

What? I did not ask anyone to do anything for me. Just a simple question that I found out cannot be answered on here. No need to be so rude. SOJO917

Ummm, we get lots of people who come in here and don't look at the blue box immediately next to the empty box where you type your post: it states quite clearly "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies." It shows up only when you are getting ready to type your post, but it's probably listed somewhere else, like when you sign up for the forum there was probably a list of forum guidelines that had that in there. It gets really old when people don't read the rules before posting, so I am sure SOJO did not mean to be rude, but it happens all the time and some forum members get irritated by it (sometimes me). You did ask us to do something for you: you asked us to break forum rules and also the ICAs we sign with MSCs that state clearly to not divulge who their clients are. We can tell you which companies shop what types of clients but are not allowed to give the exact business name. I think you might have known that by the way you wrote the title of your post, but since it's pretty obvious which client you are talking about we can't help you with that information. Please do your homework like the rest of us did. Happy Easter and happy shopping--welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum, Melissa!

Are we allowed to tell this newbie who the scheduling company is? I've been here awhile, but I'm not sure if that's breaking the rules.

Hey, guys, give the newbies a break. Sometimes I think we scare off people who could/might become valuable contributors to the forum!

i can snark with the best and i speak sarcasm fluently but...to be rude and in "attack" mode speaks to a mindset that is other than becoming. how about cutting someone a break who might have simply overlooked the rules of the forum? and...kudos to those who schooled/reminded the op in a manner that isn't the mark of an angry old man/woman with the "YOU KIDS GET OFF MY LAWN" mindset.

and your "we all know the name of the company that does the post office shops" is far from accurate cuz, obviously, we ALL don't.
